Please note: passport and visa regulations can change and you should check with the relevant embassy or high commission well in advance of travel. It is your responsibility to be in possession of a valid passport and, if appropriate, a visa. Make sure you plan in advance as some visa applications can take some time to arrange. Please note that the names on the passport must match the name on the ticket, otherwise you may not be able to travel and insurance may be invalid. A number of governments have introduced new requirements for air carriers to provide personal information about all travellers on their aircraft to the authorities before the aircraft leaves the UK. The data will be collected either at the airport when you check in or, depending on the airline, when you make the initial booking.
At the Travel Gallery we hold the passport data and frequent flyer details of many of our clients on file. Equally, we respect that some clients prefer that this data is not stored on our IT system. Please let us know if your preference is to provide this data to us, as and when we need it.
